Your state is on our watch list because legislation has been introduced or we believe it may be introduced. Of course, we will continue to monitor UCITA activity in these states. Our goal is to inform legislators and the Governor's office that UCITA is a bad law that is anti-competitive, anti-business and anti-consumer. The following materials and resources are provided for your use in making your voice heard in opposing UCITA.

What You Can Do To Help Defeat UCITA

The most important action you can take is to join the AFFECT coalition. To do so, complete a sign up form.

Add your voice to the local press and send a letter to the editor of your local paper.

Join other AFFECT coalition members at editorial board meetings or legislative visits in your community.
